Platform terms

All content, information, materials, and products available from the platforms are provided to you strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis. all conditions, representations and warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third party rights in relation to the platforms or the content, information, materials and products available from the platforms are hereby disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law by us (including our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors and assignees) and our licensors.

We (including our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors and assignees), our licensors do not represent or warrant that the use of the platforms will be timely, uninterrupted, or error-free or operate in combination with any other hardware, software, system or data.

Terms and conditions of sale

Choose to collect your purchases either on board selected Citilink Airlines or have them delivered directly to your doorstep. The delivery options available for the items are indicated on the respective product page. Selected items are available for inflight delivery or local delivery only.

Inflight Delivery

There is no delivery charge for collection on board eligible Citilink Airlines. Simply present your boarding pass or the Skylink e-invoice to the cabin crew to receive your pre-ordered items on board your flight.

Local Delivery

In light of COVID-19, the minimum spend for free local delivery has been reduced from S$100 to S$50 till further notice.

Delivery Fees

Delivery charges do not include customs/import duties and postal clearance. Any additional cost, if applicable, will be borne by the customer and paid directly to the respective custom and/or courier upon arrival of items in the country, and cannot be paid using any form of vouchers (including e-vouchers) or Skylink miles.

Items will be delivered within 7-15 business days from date when the order is placed.

Delivery Guarantees

We offer guaranteed delivery on certain fast delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, it will be clearly marked on the checkout page with an associated delivery date and fee (if applicable). If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and a delivery attempt is not made by this date, we will provide a refund of any shipping fees associated with that order.

Note: The order within countdown reflects Skylinks delivery capability at the moment the page was opened. The delivery day may become unavailable within that timeframe, prior to completing your order, due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. You’ll be notified at checkout if we’re unable to ship specific items to the address you’ve selected. Please also check the product detail pages for any item-specific shipping restrictions.

Shipping weight is based on the weight per item and not the combined order weight.

Bulky items (not in standard size) below 2kg may be subject to extra overseas delivery charges.

2. Minimum purchase in one Receipt of Sale is Rp 500.000,- onboard and online sales, the customer will get eligible to be shortlisted for Top Spender programme. Customer must provide name and an active phone number in the sales receipt. 

3. Cumulative Value: Customers shall collect and accumulate their total purchases during  each month.

4. How: Customers shall send a scan copy or photo of the receipt of sale from onboard purchase or/and pre-order confirmation of an online order to LinkShop Customer Care Whatsapp number  +62 813-1155-3685.

5. When: LinkShop will announce the Top Spender, the winner on 10th of the following month. 

6. Holiday Offer: The winner will receive One Domestic Air ticket vv and TWO Night Stay in a 4-Start Hotel  7. Visit Link Shop on 20th of the following month to check the Winners 

Syarat & Ketentuan Program “Top Spender” sebagai berikut

Pelanggan yang berbelanja minimum sebesar Rp 500.000,- dalam satu traksaksi  di dalam penerbangan (sales on board) dan pemesanan online, memiliki kesempatan untuk menjadi pemenang program Top Spender.Pelanggan wajib mencantumkan nama dan nomor telepon aktif dalam struk pembelanjaan di dalam penerbangan. 3. Nilai Kumulatif: Pelanggan harus mengumpulkan dan mengakumulasikan total pembelian mereka selama satu bulan. 4. Cara: Pelanggan harus mengirimkan scan copy atau foto kwitansi penjualan dari pembelian onboard atau/dan konfirmasi pre-order pesanan online ke LinkShop Customer Care Whatsapp nomor +62 813-1155-3685. 5. LinkShop akan mengumumkan pemenang Top Spender pada tanggal 10 bulan berikutnya. 6. Penawaran Liburan: Pemenang akan menerima 1(satu) Tiket Penerbangan Domestik pulang pergi dan 2(dua) malam menginap di Hotel bintang 4. 7. Kunjungi webiste linkshop.citilink.co.id pada tanggal 20 bulan berikutnya untuk melihat nama pemenang yang beruntung.
